The DIJ library catalog allows users to enter a comprehensive search request by typing (“All”) at the prompt “Search in.” The search tool will then look for keywords in the titles of books, chapters within books, articles in periodicals, and periodicals.
Clicking the mouse narrows the search to titles of books, titles of chapters within books, articles in periodicals, and periodicals. You can also display all of the bibliographic data of a single work (“Full Display Book”), of a chapter within a book (“Full Display Book Article”), from all of the chapters in an edited volume (“Display of Book Articles”) as well as an article from an issue of a periodical (“Full Display Periodical Article”).
Furthermore you could quickly switch from a “Full Display Periodical Article” by clicking the mouse on the periodical title (“Display Vol./No.”) to attain the complete holdings of the library. Clicking the mouse on the holding number, you will get a display of the contents of a particular issue of any periodical. Similarly a click of the mouse allows users to switch between the chapters in a book (“Full Display Book Article”), the title of a book (“Full Display Book”) and a list of all chapters within a book (“Display of Book Articles”).
